Based on your request via website or e-mail, we check available capacity and send you written confirmation by e-mail. After you have received and approved the confirmation, you will be sent an invoice for the deposit, which is due shortly.
The registration is binding when the deposit has been paid.
Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail. Failure to pay the deposit will not be considered a cancellation.
We reserve the right to make changes to the program and changes that may occur after the program is published.
Deposit NOK 3,000 per person. The invoice for the remaining amount is due 45 days before the start of the tour.
When registration takes place less than 45 days before departure, the entire amount will be invoiced at the same time. This invoice will be due immediately.
Price – changes and adjustments
We reserve the right to change the price if unexpected adjustments occur. You will be notified in writing of any changes within and no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
It is necessary and mandatory to have valid travel insurance with cancellation insurance. The terms vary for the different insurance companies – check the terms you have with your insurance company.
Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the tour according to agreement
- You will be charged with the deposit of NOK 3,000 per person
Cancellation from 59 days – 31 days before the start of the tour according to agreement
- 50% of the trip price will be refunded
Cancellation 30 days before the start of the tour according to agreement or no-show.

Cancellation due to illness
Make sure you have travel insurance including cancellation insurance in case of illness that makes it impossible to complete the trip. Contact your insurance company and make sure you have cancellation insurance.
The luggage is transported and you can only send clothes and equipment that are not needed on the day’s trip. We transport 1 package per. person.
Valuables (cash, jewelry, camera, passport, credit card, etc.) you should bring with you at all times. The luggage is sent at your own risk. In the event of damage or loss, your travel insurance applies.
Complaint and deadline for complaints
Complaints or deficiencies must be reported immediately. If the lack applies to accommodation, food, etc., it must be communicated immediately to the person concerned or our office. Otherwise, you lose the right to claim compensation. Cf. Package Travel Act.
Complaints must be received by us no later than 1 month after the trip was over.
Illness / allergies
If you have allergies, diseases or anything else that is important for the completion of the trip, you must inform about this when registering.
